i enjoyed my stay at the intercontinental while visiting cartagena. the ocean view room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread featured fresh fruits and delicious pastries. the staff was friendly and attentive, making it a fantastic place to unwind.

Had a great time at this hotel! The rooms are super spacious and decorated nicely. Breakfast was top-notch, and Erika from the dining area was the best! She always checked in on us and gave awesome tips on local spots. Just a heads up, the pool area was nice, but we didn’t swim because the floors felt kinda slimy.

I can’t believe how bad the service was during our stay. Despite assuring us they had various milk alternatives, we only got cow's and lactose-free milk daily. The pool area felt dangerous due to its slippery surface, and I saw people fall repeatedly. To top it off, the TV in our room barely worked and remained largely silent—such a disappointment for a supposed luxury stay.
